I am not a fan of Dunkin and this location made me even less of one.
The donuts were not fresh I could not finish mine...and I was starving.
Service was pretty crappy. -

I keep trying but I'm done. I like donuts but they better be worth it. When I've decided to splurge I'm hoping for soft goodness and pure perfection. I've come here more than 5-8 times. Each time the donut tastes dry and just a day too old. At least the glazed ones....
Keep moving. It's not worth the time, money or calories. -

Someone from Dunkin please train your associate working the night shift on Aug 29, 2019 @8:45pm @ Dallas Love Field that when 3 people are in line ready to order that you don't start changing garbage bags while we wait. Seriously!
Thinking she didn't realize we were there I step around to let her know we had been waiting 4 minutes and she said she would be with us in a min & started to walk towards additional garbage cans. Two of us walked away as we wished the 3rd good luck.
Maybe this specific Dunkin Donuts doesn't need the extra $$$. Good for you. I haven't discovered how to NOT need income for my business and survive. Please share your secret to success!!! -

It's hard to screw up hot black coffee I suppose.
That's what I needed. That's what I got. PIPING HOT.

They will take plastic, but like Tony N. stated on 2/10/18 - it's a no-go on the "payment via the Dunkin' app."
Pricier than regular locations. After all, this Dunkin' Donuts is located inside an airport (DAL).

Dear Manager/Owner/Operator;
This is a pathetic excuse for a dunkin d.
By far; and w/out a doubt the very worst dunkin Ive ever been to.
The Staff operates painfully slow, with no sense of timeliness.
The coffee was so bad it was undrinkable.
I ordered an olde fashion, and they gave me a stale, cold glazed (probably from the day before) - which I took one bite and threw out.
Whatever you can do to skip this dump please do so.
I hope this dunkin establishment goes out of business.
